Se usa en la expresión 'por las huevas', que quiere decir 'por gusto', 'sin necesidad real'.
En cambio, la interjección '¡Las huevas!' significa 'de ninguna manera'. 'Estar hasta las huevas' significa estar muy cansado o muy mal en algún aspecto. 'Huevas' también se usa como 'huevón'.
