  Persona nacida en la Antigua Zona del Canal de Panamá, en el período 1903 a 1977. Se usa en ocasiones peyorativamente para indicar a ciudadanos racistas y beneficiarios del sistema socioeconómico que regía a dicha zona. Actualmente se usa, conjuntamente con zoneíta, para personas o bienes dentro de esa zona entre 1903 y 2000, perdiendo la acepción peyorativa.

Ejemplo : "El próximo Presidente de los Esdaos Unidos será un Zonian."
