Así se le dice a las particulas solidas que se quedan como asiento (por ejemplo) en la tasa del café, o de cualquier otra bebida o líquido.
Ejemplo : "Se lo tomó todo, solo dejó el shish. Discúlpame, no te puedo dar, se acabó todo, no quedó ni shish."
